The "96-97 Year in Review" theme is "Tradition and Vision" and is published by the Office of Student Affairs at Marshall University. Marshall University is located in Huntington, West Virginia and is the second largest institution of higher education in the state. Funding for this endeavor was through the Student Affairs Office. The budget was approximately $3000 and utilized existing computer hardware in the Office of Student Activities and Greek Affairs. This publication was created with Macintosh hardware utilizing primarily Power Macintosh 7200. The scanner used was Hewlett Packard ScanJet 4C. All data was stored on Iomega Zip Drive and disks. Software programs utilized were the Adobe PageMill 2.0 web-authoring software and Adobe PhotoShop 4.0. Special graphics on Guestbook, Table of Contents, Editor's Comments, and Introduction were designed using WEB Explosion 20,000 for Macintosh. All photographs were processed through a commercial photo processing company. This publication will be best viewed by using Netscape 3.0 and higher.
