| Gamma Beta Phi members and Japanese students made banners for the Marshall vs. Temple football game. Gamma Beta Phi wanted to orient students from Japan with life on an american college campus and introduce them to college groups. The banners made were a great tool for unification of two cultures with a language barrier. Gamma Beta Phi wrote "Go Herd" in english and the visiting students wrote it in Japanese. The benefits of the program were the opportunity for cultural education and to be the ambassadors of good will on behalf of Marshall University. | ||||
