The State of Diversity in 2008:

Students Ask Themselves......

"What will diversity be like in 2008?" That was the question posed to students in April during the time capsule project Student Activities co-sponsored with the African-American Students Program Office and the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Students from all backgrounds were given the opportunity to have their opinions about the future of diversity on Marshall University, in the state and nationwide in 2008 videotaped. This videotape will be placed in a time capsule along with other momentos from the campus, city and national documents (such a newspaper) to be opened again by Student Activities in 2008.
