Students were not the only ones who came to Marshall to have fun during Herd Rock from the Sun, which was the title of Marshall's 1998 SpringFest activities. Pets of Marshall students were asked to come to Marshall and be a part of the fun as the university held their second annual pet show.
About 15 dogs, cats, and a snake were the center of attention for the afternoon as they were awarded prizes for the best pet, best trick, Mr. and Miss Personality and other awards.
The animals and all involved had a fun time and the pet show excitement is sure to continue next year.
