Budget Work Group – March 11, 2016

Members of the Budget Work Group met again on Friday, March 11, to review the budgeting process as it proceeds for fiscal year 2017.

This process will include a reserve for a possible mid-year reduction from the state.

The first round of budget activities, which involves prioritizations, is about to finish, with spreadsheets due March 18.  The next phase, completion of initial budget requests, will be due March 23.

Once the fiscal year 2017 budget is in place, work will begin on a five-year, detailed budget.
