The fee includes 4-nights in the hotel and the round-trip bus. This trip is available to all School of Art &amp; Design students and Art Education students. (Art Minors are welcome also.)<br \/>\n<strong>February 26 &#8211; March 2, 2025 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Room Rate: $500.00 \/ person &#8211; (fee includes 4-night hotel and round-trip bus) <\/p>\n<p>A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due by <b>Monday, December 6, 2024<\/b> for priority reservation. <\/strong>\u00a0Roommate requests can be made in the Art office, VAC 603. The remaining balance and roommate requests will be due, no later than, <b>Friday, January 17, 2025<\/b>.\u00a0 Remaining rooms are assigned. Payment forms available in the Art office, VAC 603.
