They may be carried on one\u2019s person and include information such as name, address, contact number, date of birth, communication ability, and medical needs. If provided, a photo of the individual will replace the Marshall M in the upper left corner. The back of the card has space to alert others to &#8220;fears and dislikes,&#8221; along with effective &#8220;calming strategies.&#8221; The phrase \u201cI have autism and may need some supports,&#8221; is also written on the front base of the card.<\/p>\n<h2>All About Me<\/h2>\n<p>The All About Me document is designed as a hand-out and provides detailed information about the individual with ASD. Basic information such as the individual\u2019s name, nickname, birthdate, parents\u2019 names and contact information are included.
