Welcome to the official website for the Gamma Eta Chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma. Alpha Chi Sigma is a professional chemistry fraternity, and the Gamma Eta Chapter is located at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Our Chapter strives to uphold Alpha Chi Sigma's three Objectives:
To bind its members with a tie of true and lasting friendship,
To strive for the advancement of chemistry both as a science and as a profession, and
To aid its members by every honorable means in the attainment of their ambitions as chemists throughout their mortal lives.
Scholarship Information
The Gamma Eta Chapter also awards a scholarship, The Gamma Eta Scholarship, to one active member each academic year. The current value of the scholarship is $2500. The 2017 Gamma Eta Scholarship was awarded to Paris Ethan Adkins (pictured below).
