The Banner Users\u2019 Group-Technical has been established to review and assist with the on-going operation of the Banner Administrative Information System from a Technical viewpoint. Areas of concern are reporting needs of the users, upgrades\/modifications to the Banner system, publishing information on the Banner Web site, and review of software. BUG-T maintains a listing of useful on-line Technical Resources.<\/p>\n
The Banner Users’ Group-Technical meets the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00p.m. in Drinko 439. Bob Walker, Director of Finance Information Technology, leads the group. Cheri Musgrave is the voting representative on the Banner Oversight Committee (BOC), and Myke Watts is a non-voting representative.<\/p>\n
There is one eligible voting member on the Banner Users’ Group-Technical representing the following departments: Alumni, Computing Services, Enrollment Management, Finance, Financial Aid, Foundation, and Institutional Research. Departments may petition the BUG-T for voting membership.<\/p>\n
The Banner Users’ Group-Technical maintains a listing of valuable on-line technical resources. Group members are encouraged to review technical resources and share their reviews with members of the Banner users community.
