Summer I 2022 Due Dates
Students Registering Mar 21st – May 2nd
- Cancellation Date: May 13th
- Students Registering through Monday, May 2nd will be mailed a billing statement
- Students will not be mailed a billing statement after Monday, May 2nd
- Fee assessment can be found and payment can be made by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the close of business on Friday, May 13th will result in cancellation of class schedule
Students Registering May 3rd – May 13th
- Cancellation Date: May 13th
- Students Registering during this period will not receive a billing statement
- Fee assessment can be found and payment can be made by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the close of business on Friday, May 13th will result in cancellation of class schedule
Students Registering May 14th – 18th
- Cancellation Date: May 18th
- Students Registering during this period will not receive a billing statement
- Fee assessment can be found and payment can be made by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the close of business on Wednesday, May 18th will result in cancellation of class schedule
Credit card and personal check payment may also be made online through CA$Htrack. You must have your Student ID and PIN numbers available when paying online. Please contact our office at 304-696-6620 if you have any questions regarding your account
