Our mission is to deliver top-notch fitness classes in a supportive and fun environment. We stay on top of the latest trends in group fitness while also offering structured, results-driven workouts and personalized feedback. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, our classes help you build confidence and develop skills that last a lifetime—whether you’re here for wellness, strength, or performance. With a wide range of class options for all fitness levels, we’ve got something for everyone to stay active, healthy, and feeling their best year-round.

Registration Information

Group fitness classes are free for members. Guest must purchase a guest pass at the welcome desk prior to attending the class.

Group fitness classes can be registered for in person, at the Pro Shop, in the Rec lobby or online 48 hours in advance.

  • Registration is highly recommended to ensure equipment availability. If you can no longer attend the class, please unregister so that the spot can be filled.

Private Group Fitness

Looking for a fun, healthy, and energizing activity for your group?
The Marshall Recreation Center offers Private Group Fitness Classes led by our certified instructors — perfect for student organizations, campus departments, athletic teams, residence halls, and community groups.

Choose from a variety of formats such as Yoga, Cycling, BODYPUMP™, SHAPES, Herd HIIT, Power Pilates, or Dance Fitness. Classes can be held in one of our studios, on the turf, or in the pool (based on availability).

Rates include a 45–60 minute class with a certified instructor and all necessary equipment.

Booking Details:
Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
Maximum group size and location options depend on class format.
We’ll reach out within 2–3 business days to confirm your request and finalize scheduling.
