The Marshall Rec Healthy Herd Youth Camp is an active full-day camp complete with FUN, games, activities, and swimming. Specific activities vary on a day to day basis. Our camp counselors have the energy to match the campers, and act as mentors and coaches to provide a safe environment for campers to grow. Our camp is for children ages 5-12. Weekly lunch options will be available for a fee (pre-registration required for lunch), children are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Snack will be provided each day or campers may bring their own snack. Advanced registration is required as capacity is limited. Be sure to check out the camp dates & descriptions below for the full details on each week and to register! *Refunds are not permitted. *Camper fees are adjusted for weeks 1 & 6, due to the camp only being 4 days.

CAMPER PACKET:
All campers must have the completed registration paperwork on file at the Marshall Rec Center. All paperwork is due prior to the child’s first day of camp. Completed paperwork should be dropped off at the Rec Center, mailed or emailed to reccamps@marshall.edu.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Pick-up and drop-off will take place in the 5th Avenue pull off space (across from Dunkin and CVS). Camp staff will be there to greet the campers each morning and bring them back out at the end of the day. Campers should be sure to bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes, bring their lunch and a towel/swim suite.

Not all heroes wear capes! In this action-packed week, campers will meet some of our local heroes and learn how they keep us safe in the community. Campers will experience the importance of selflessness and the dedication it takes to become a hometown hero!

WOW! We have so much to celebrate and be thankful for each year! Join us this week as we embrace the holidays! We will be playing holiday themed games and learning through activity about the different holidays that we celebrate throughout the year!
Cannonball into a week of water fun and get ready to make a SPLASH! Campers are in for some major summer excitement with swimming, slip and slides, water balloons, and more. If your camper just cannot get enough splashing around in the water, this is the week for them!
Things are going to get WILD at the Rec this summer! During this week, campers will learn about different animals through playing exciting games and creating animal art. Join us, as we explore cool and colorful critters from around the world!
Looking to come out of your comfort zone and try something new? Have you ever wanted to climb to the top of a mountain, go canoeing, or explore the unknown? Tag along as we learn about and explore new ways to enjoy the beautiful planet that we call home!
