Before joining the Office of Career Education, Rodney supported the University\u2019s recruitment and enrollment efforts as Communication Systems Manager in the Office of Admissions. He also was an academic advisor for the Lewis College of Business. Prior to working at Marshall, he worked in corporate training and management. Rodney is a three-time graduate of Marshall University, where he earned an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in curriculum and instruction, a M.S. in Adult Education, and a Regent\u2019s Bachelor of Arts.
