Job Shadowing <\/span>is a form of career exploration that allows students to explore different careers in their field of interest. It is a tool used to help gain real-world understanding of the job they have chosen to pursue after school. It helps students build networking connections, determine whether this career field is for them, ask someone in the field questions, and align classes and goals with the job.<\/span><\/p>\n
