Rahal Center for Strategic Engagement Dean's Office CH107G 304-696-3431 midkiff2@marshall.edu Biography Glen Midkiff has served as the Director of the Center for Stakeholder Engagement for the Lewis College of Business and Brad D. Smith Schools of Business since 2016, where he leads the college’s outreach and marketing efforts while also providing day-to-day oversight. Serving as the chief of staff, he coordinates many of the College-wide initiatives, as well as special projects involving senior staff and its priorities. Glen is responsible for strategically identifying opportunities for partnerships and facilitating the college’s engagement and managing communications internally across all units in the college as well as externally among multiple audiences, including alumni, donors, potential students, and other stakeholders. As a talent specialist, he acts as a liaison between the business community, faculty and students and connects stakeholders to showcase student work and intellectual acumen through innovative experiential learning initiatives such as internships and consulting projects. Glen also manages special events such as the Dean’s Distinguished Speaker Series and the Cohen Business Professionalism Speaker Series.
