Biography

Ivan Muslin received his PhD in Organizational Behavior at the University of Memphis in 2011. He is currently the Director of Assurance of Learning for the College of Business at Marshall University and has been since 2012. Previous to this Ivan was a Visiting Assistant Professor of MGT for Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Nursing Management. Ivan received Academy of Management’s Research Methods Division Robert McDonald Advancement of Organizational Research Methodology Award in August 2015. He currently is a Conference-Related from Southern Management Association Volunteer Committee. From February of 2017 to August 2018 he was a Board Member for Tri State SHRM.
