Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and North America, she has held leadership positions in advertising, hospitality, retail, consulting, and product development. This breadth of experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of how sales and service excellence foster meaningful customer relationships and sustainable business growth across markets.<\/p>\n<p>An accomplished educator and mentor, Dr. Gupta has received the <strong>Dr. Robert P. Alexander Mentorship Award<\/strong>\u00a0for excellence in student guidance and the <strong>Marshall University Lewis College of Business Annual Faculty Service Award<\/strong>\u00a0for outstanding contributions to the College, University, and community.<\/p>\n<p>At TSSEC, Dr. Gupta bridges\u00a0theory and practice by integrating academic insight with contemporary business trends, including the impact of <strong>digital transformation and artificial intelligence<\/strong>\u00a0on sales and service. In her role, she creates flyers, helps prepare students for sales competitions, and actively competes in events herself. Through this work, Kyilee has gained hands-on experience in marketing, sales strategies, and teamwork. She enjoys helping her peers improve their skills, guiding them through competition preparation, and contributing to the success of her organization.
