Hosted by Professor Laura McCunn, the visit was part of an immersive &#8220;chemistry extravaganza&#8221; designed to spark curiosity and enthusiasm for science.<\/p>\n<p>The day began with outdoor bottle rocket launches using baking soda and vinegar on Buskirk Field, followed by a classroom lesson featuring self-inflating balloons. In the lab, students explored flame colors produced by different metal ions in solution, creating a rainbow of fire.
