The distribution marks an important step in translating research and innovation into sustained support for academic programs.<\/p>\n<p>Special recognition is given to department chairs Dr. Laura McCunn (Chemistry) and Dr. Mindy Armstead (Natural Resources and Earth Sciences) for their leadership in reaching this achievement.
