During her time in the College of Science, Minnich distinguished herself through academic achievement and hands\u2011on research experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Minnich received an REI scholarship to complete an internship at the Missouri Botanical Garden, where she conducted research in botany curation. Following graduation, she will begin her professional career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture as an epidemiologist.
