In addition to studies in mathematics, Cook serves as secretary of alumni engagement for the Student Government Association and played a key role in organizing and co-hosting <em>Dancing with the Herd<\/em>, a campus fundraising event that brought together students, alumni, employees and community members.<\/p>\n<p>In the magazine feature, Cook reflected on the opportunities Marshall University has provided through leadership experiences, service initiatives and campus engagement.
