This initiative aims to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance the mentorship experience for both students and mentors.<\/p>\n A Community of Practice is a group of individuals who share a common interest in a specific area and come together to learn from one another. Our CoP will provide a platform for faculty, researchers, and experienced mentors to discuss strategies, share resources, and engage in\u00a0meaningful dialogue about research mentorship. By participating, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to:<\/p>\n This CoP is open to all faculty and researchers who are involved in mentoring undergraduate or graduate students in research.
