Through experience and feedback, it became clear that some elements\u2014such as reading the standards and reflecting on course context\u2014are better suited for individual, asynchronous exploration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2649\">Other elements\u2014like interpretation, examples, and design decisions\u2014are far more powerful when discussed collaboratively.
