Thus, we prepare a new generation of professionals who are both humanistically and digitally savvy.<\/p>\n<p>The goals of the DH program include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applying technical and critical thinking skills to conduct digital projects that bridge the humanities and other disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>Applying theoretical frameworks and research techniques to interpret the key issues raised by the digital humanities;<\/li>\n<li>Applying, analyzing, and creating knowledge around problems in digital humanities interdisciplinary studies;<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing the impact of digital technologies on humanities research methods and approaches;<\/li>\n<li>Fostering collaborations among faculty, staff, and students; and<\/li>\n<li>Diffusing DH methods and tools into the teaching and research communities at Marshall University and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/dh\/program\/minor-requirements\/\">Click here<\/a> for more info about DH requirements and courses.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The mission of the Digital Humanities Program at Marshall University is to explore and deepen the relationship between humanities disciplines and digital tools and technologies.
