West Virginia Code 18B-1G-4 requires state higher education institutions to submit a report on actions taken to ensure adherence to the law.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, following the issuance of Governor Morrisey&#8217;s Executive Order 3-25, Marshall University undertook a comprehensive inventory of all services, practices and activities offered on our campuses, and took appropriate steps to ensure compliance with West Virginia law. The adjustments we made were outlined within our letter to you dated July 1, 2025 (enclosed herewith for ease of reference).<\/p>\n<p>During the past year, we have continued to monitor University practices and programs for compliance with the law. The steps we implemented in 2025 remain in place.<\/p>\n<p>We remain committed to the ongoing monitoring of institutional activities, practices and services to remain in full compliance with all laws and regulations.
