Registration and scoring for the GRE and the PRAXIS is handled by the national testing agencies.<\/p>\n<p>For information about the various graduate and professional school entrance exams, registration, scoring, test dates, practice items,etc., please see below.<\/p>\n<h2>GRE<\/h2>\n<p>The GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is a national testing program, administered by ETS, and is required for admission into a variety of graduate programs.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>GRE\u00ae Revised General Test<\/strong> measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical writing skills that have been acquired over a long period of time and that are not related to any specific field of study.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall University is a test center for the GRE.
