Eligibility Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualified early entry students<\/a> who live near one of our campuses can also attend regular college classes in our classrooms. These courses count for\u00a0college credit<\/strong>; some high schools may also allow our courses to count for high school credit.<\/p>\n

Early entry high school students may take two courses per college term. Students may choose to take a combination of dual credit, on-campus and online courses.<\/p>\n

The link below is a list of available courses for the upcoming term. The course list changes based upon seat availability. Course descriptions are available in our\u00a0undergraduate catalog<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Spring 2026 Course List<\/a><\/p>\n

Some courses may be restricted to regularly admitted Marshall students (FYS 100, ENG 204 and others) or may require completion of a prerequisite course.<\/p>\n

Cost of On-Campus Courses for High School Students<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuition for high school students is offered at a discounted rate of\u00a0$25 per credit hour.\u00a0Most courses for high school students are\u00a0three credit hours\u00a0(approximately $75 per course).<\/p>\n

Application and Registration Deadlines<\/h2>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n \n

Application and registration deadlines<\/a>\u00a0coincide with our\u00a0academic calendar<\/a>. The admissions process should be completed prior to the start date of each term. If you are interested in taking classes, you should apply as soon as possible. Registration is based on seat availability.<\/p>\n

School counselors can send your letter of recommendation and high school transcripts to\u00a0admissions@marshall.edu<\/a>\u00a0after you let them know you have submitted your admissions application.<\/p>\n

After receiving your admissions letter,\u00a0course registration requests can be submitted online<\/a>.<\/p>\n
