The tree lighting will take place at 5:30 p.m. on the MSC Plaza.<\/p>\n<p>The program will include performances by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marshall University Early Education STEAM Center<\/li>\n<li>True Impact Dance and Performing Arts<\/li>\n<li>Emeraldettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Indoor Activities<\/h2>\n<p>After the tree lighting, festivities move inside the student center. Guests can enjoy refreshments by the fireplace, shop the bookstore, decorate ornaments, have a picture made with Santa-Marco and more from 6 &#8211; 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8!<\/p>\n<h3>First Floor<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy cookies, s&#8217;mores, hot chocolate and punch by the fireplace<\/li>\n<li>Holiday cookie decorating with Marshall University Alumni Association<\/li>\n<li>Listen to holiday story time at 6:30 p.m. in the bookstore<\/li>\n<li>Build-a-Bison ($20 &#8211; all proceeds benefit the Campus Activities Board)<\/li>\n<li>Shop the Marshall Bookstore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Second Floor<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have fun with our Holiday Photo Booth<\/li>\n<li>Create an ornament with Marshall University Student Affairs<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t miss the opportunity for a <a href=\"https:\/\/muphotos.marshall.edu\/2024\/Santa-marco-photos-2024\">holiday photo with Santa-Marco<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li>Students will be on-hand to help children write a mail letters to Santa<\/li>\n<li>Children can color a Marshall picture while waiting for their photo<\/li>\n<li>Stuff a stocking with items from Marshall Health and the Joan C.
