2025-2026 Upper Class and Transfer Housing Agreements go live on January 27, 2025 at 9am. Housing Agreements can be completed prior to the start of Room Selection.

    Students living in Buskirk 1st Floor 3rd Floor, All of Freshmen North,\u00a0 All of Freshmen South, Holderby, and Twin Towers East 2nd, 3rd & 12th Floors are ineligible for Room Retention
    \n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Themed Room Selection (Gaming, Honors, & Marshall 4 All)<\/h3>\n

    • Starts: February 10th at 9:00am<\/li>\n
    • Themed Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Part of the Honors College or Marshall 4 All, or want to be on the Gaming, then this is the day for you to select a space.<\/p>\n

      Note:<\/strong> Only students in the Honors College will be to select Honors Themed housing. Only Marshall 4 All students will be able to select Marshall 4 All Themed housing.\u00a0 Gaming Floor is open to anyone interested in living on this floor.<\/p>\n

      Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students (Choose A New Room)<\/h3>\n

      • Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Rising Sophomores (Current Freshmen who will be Sophomores for Fall 2024)<\/h3>\n

        • Room Selection Ends: February 28th at 11:59pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Commuter Selection (Anyone Currently not Living on Campus)<\/h3>\n
