Banner HR, Marshall University’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), provides an Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF). The EPAF is a process for accomplishing a variety of standard personnel actions such as hires, terminations, changes in funding source, etc., from the Banner HR desktop. In certain respects the EPAF replaces the former typewritten Personnel Action Request (PAR). The EPAF provides an opportunity for customer service from the participating administrative offices – Human Resource Services, the Payroll Office, and the Budget Office. These offices would be pleased to receive feedback and suggestions from users about ways to improve the EPAF process.
