You can access the portal one of three ways:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>By the direct link at <a href=\"https:\/\/marshall.peopleadmin.com\/portal\">https:\/\/marshall.peopleadmin.com\/portal<\/a>. This link is also located in the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/human-resources\/files\/Employee-Portal-Menu.jpg\">Current Employees<\/a>&#8221; menu on the HR website.<\/li>\n<li>If you are in the PeopleAdmin system, you can go to the top left menu and select the link under the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/human-resources\/files\/PeopleADmin-System-Image.jpg\">Other Tools<\/a>&#8221; This will be a check in with employee and supervisor for the annual evaluation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employee Self Evaluation<\/strong> &#8211; This is where the employee rates themselves on their job performance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervisor Evaluation<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; This is where the supervisor rates employee on their job performance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervisor Meets with Employee<\/strong> &#8211; The supervisor will meet with employee to discuss evaluation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employee Signs Off on Evaluation<\/strong> &#8211; It is not possible to &#8220;split&#8221; the employee&#8217;s performance actions to allow the previous manager to complete the evaluation, AND allow the new supervisor to contribute.
