Check-In Form

Please note!  The Check-In Form requires additional documentation. Please make sure that you are ready to attach the following documents:

  • Copy of your F-1 visa for Marshall University and your F-1 visa stamp
Check-In With ISS

Please see the myMU Log-In Instructions for assistance activating your account. MU account activation is required in order to complete the Check-In Form. You may contact the IT Service Desk if you need any additional assistance accessing your account.
