Support for other technology services is limited to current students and employees.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wi\u2011Fi:<\/strong> Alumni may use MU Wi\u2011Fi when visiting campus as long as the MUNet account remains active.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MyMU Portal:<\/strong> Available for up to <strong>two years<\/strong> for access to student records, transcript requests, and MyPay (for student employee W\u20112 forms).<\/li>\n<li><strong>MU Alert: <\/strong>MU Alert enrollment is based on enrollment per semester. Any graduate not continuing an education or employment at Marshall University will be unenrolled from the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Campus ID Office Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Campus ID Office can assist you with questions and issues related to Door Access and Herd Points.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Door Access:<\/strong> Access to campus buildings is based on current enrollment or special authorization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Herd Points:\u00a0<\/strong>Points do not expire, but must be used at least once a year.\u00a0 There is an inactivity fee after 1 year.\u00a0 If your balance is $5.00 or more you can have it refunded to you by check by contacting the <a href=\"mailto:campusid@marshall.edu\">MUID Office<\/a> for a refund request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n        \n    <div\n        id=\"software-and-other-services-3\"\n        x-data=\"accordion('software-and-other-services-3', false)\"\n        class=\"rounded-lg overflow-hidden mb-2 transition-all duration-300 ease-out bg-gray-50\"\n        x-bind:class=\"expanded ?
