{"id":18380,"date":"2024-09-01T19:37:27","date_gmt":"2024-09-01T23:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/it\/?p=18380"},"modified":"2024-09-01T19:37:27","modified_gmt":"2024-09-01T23:37:27","slug":"new-mymu-go-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/it\/2024\/09\/01\/new-mymu-go-live\/","title":{"rendered":"The all new myMU going LIVE!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a friendly reminder from Marshall University Information Technology (MUIT) about the ongoing transition to our <strong>brand-new myMU portal<\/strong>!\u00a0 We appreciate your patience as we continue to fine-tune a few areas, and we&#8217;re excited for you to experience the enhanced features.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beginning August 31st:<\/strong>\u00a0The old myMU portal will no longer be accessible, and <strong>mymu.marshall.edu will point exclusively to the new portal<\/strong>.\u00a0 As we make this transition on Saturday please remember both the old and new myMU will be unavailable.<\/p>\n<p>We have identified an issue with accessing the new myMU portal when using the old weblink \u00a0(mymu.marshall.edu), which is causing sign-in errors.\u00a0 Please use the following workaround to access the portal:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Direct Link<\/strong>:<br \/>\nGo to <a href=\"https:\/\/mymu.marshall.edu\/\">https:\/\/mymu.marshall.edu\/<\/a> and sign in with your MUNet username and password.<\/p>\n<p>If you encounter issues with this link, it\u2019s likely due to cached data in your browser.\u00a0 Clearing the cache should resolve most access issues.
