As Real Estate Editor his products were named the best in the country by the National Association of Real Estate Editors in 2000. He was a reporter for numerous newspapers in Florida, notably from West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, and in a switch to digital news he became the business reporter for the Star News Online in North Carolina.
