From serving as communications director for U.S. Senator Joe Manchin\u2019s political campaign \u2013and later, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection\u2013 to director of public relations for Cabell Huntington Hospital,\u202fCosco\u202fhas played key roles during some of West Virginia\u2019s most noteworthy events.
