  1. Site Selection:\n
      \n
    • Site utilizing close pedestrian and public transit access.<\/li>\n
    • No new parking.<\/li>\n
    • Built on previously developed site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • \"0326\"Composite Ventilated Roof Insulation Panels:\n
        \n
      • Cools shingles in hot weather reduce Heat Island Effect.<\/li>\n
      • Shingles contain nearly 90% recycled material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Steel:\n

        • All steel products contain minimum 25% recycled steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Demolition Debris:\n
            \n
          • All demolished asphalt parking lot was taken to an appropriate recycling area and diverted from the land fill.<\/li>\n
          • No CFC were used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            • Motion sensor faucets.<\/li>\n
            • Low-flow flushing.<\/li>\n

                • All WilsonArt plastic laminates have been awarded GREEN GUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification.<\/li>\n
                • Selected laminates are low emitting surfacing materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Solid Surface Material: Formica\n

                  • Member of the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Masonry: Brick (100% Recyclable)<\/li>\n
                  • Windows:\n

                    • Glass with Low-E coating reflects most of sun’s rays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • Aluminum Storefront System:\n

                      • Aluminum Frames with thermal break to reduce heat transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
