A wide range of meeting and conference venues is available along with supplemental audio-visual equipment as needed. Should your organization schedule an event or conference during the summer, on campus housing arrangements can be made through this office. The Facilities Scheduling Office is managed by Clay Arens, who reports to the Business Manager.
