The film stars Syrian refugee child actor Zain Al Rafeea as Zain El Hajj, a 12-year-old living in the slums of Beirut. The film is told in flashback format, focusing on Zain’s life, including his encounter with an Ethiopian immigrant Rahil and her infant son Yonas, and leading up to his attempt to sue his parents for child neglect.
Juliette Binoche reunites with acclaimed director Olivier Assayas for this wry, slyly seductive tale of sex, lies, and literature. Set in the Parisian publishing world, Non-Fiction traces the romantic and emotional fallout that results when a controversial writer begins blurring the line between fact and fiction, using his real-life love affairs -- including a passionate fling with an actress who happens to be married to his editor -- as fodder for his explosive new novel.
When a group of best friends get together during a lunar eclipse to share an intimate dinner in the tasteful house of Eva and Antonio, they suspect it’s just another typical night until the hostess proposes a game. All guests must lay their cell phones on the table and read aloud all incoming messages and answer all incoming phone calls in front of the entire group. What begins as a provocative party game quickly becomes a wild ride full of twists and “textual tension” in this electrifying over the top comedy about the secrets we all carry in our pockets.

In Marseilles, Georg meets and falls in love with a young woman named Marie, who’s desperate to find her missing husband – the very man he’s impersonating – in order to get help in getting out of France.

China’s One Child Policy, the extreme population control measure that made it illegal for couples to have more than one child, may have ended in 2015, but the process of dealing with the trauma of its brutal enforcement is only just beginning. This sweeping documentary explores the ripple effect of this devastating social experiment, uncovering one shocking human rights violation after another -- from abandoned newborns, to forced sterilizations and abortions, and government abductions.
From Director Pedro Almodovar, Pain and Glory tells of a series of reencounters experienced by Salvador Mallo, a film director in his physical decline. From his childhood in the 60s, when he emigrated with his parents to a village in Valencia, the first desire, his first adult love in the Madrid of the 80s, the pain of the breakup of that love, writing as the only therapy to forget the unforgettable, the early discovery of cinema, and the infinite void that creates the incapacity to keep on making films. In recovering his past he finds the urgent need to recount it, and in that he also finds his salvation.

A choir conductor and eco-activist, plans to disrupt the operations of an aluminum plant in the Icelandic highlands, purposely damaging electricity pylons and wires to cut their power supply. One day, a long-forgotten application to adopt an orphan child from Ukraine is approved. At the same time, the government ramps up police and propaganda efforts in order to catch and discredit her. She must reconcile her dangerous and illegal activism with the upcoming adoption.
