Some Internet Explorer users recently have reported trouble opening documents on our website.
The problem does not appear to affect users of other browsers, including Chrome, Firefox and Safari. The issue also does not appear to affect users who save the document first rather than attempt to open it directly from the link on the website.
We are investigating and hope to have a solution soon.
In the meantime, please follow these directions to save the document before trying to open it again:
- Right-click on the link to the document you want to download and select “Save Target As…”
- Choose where you want to save the file.
- Click “Save.”
You should now be able to open the file from the location to which you saved it.
Alternately, you can access the document using one of the other browsers.
