Accepting the donation on Marshall&#8217;s behalf were, from left, Layton Cottrill, senior vice president for executive affairs and general counsel; Robert &#8220;Bob&#8221; Plymale, RTI director and CEO; and Dr. Ron Area, senior vice president for development and CEO of the Marshall University Foundation. Norfolk Southern was represented by Darrell Wilson, assistant vice president, public-private projects; and Jason Wazelle, government relations manager-West Virginia. The donation is expected to be matched by the &#8220;Bucks for Brains&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/murc\/b4b\/\">West Virginia Research Trust Fund<\/a>.
