The expansion will encompass master\u2019s degree programs. Undergraduate programs were already covered under the prior Yellow Ribbon agreement. This expansion further demonstrates Marshall&#8217;s commitment to supporting military-connected (including Veterans, service members and dependents) individuals\u2019 affordable educational pursuits.<\/p>\n<p>The Yellow Ribbon Program at Marshall University is designed to assist Chapter 33\/Post 9-11 GI Bill students who qualify at the 100% benefit level and are pursuing their education as metro or out-of-state students.
