Marshall Health welcomes <\/span><\/span>Jeffrey R. Hawk, D.O<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/a>, and <\/span><\/span>Evan McClanahan, M.D.<\/span><\/span><\/a>, to its team of primary care <\/span>and occupational <\/span>providers at Marshall Health Network.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hawk is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in primary care and occupational medicine. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, followed by <\/span>a<\/span> family practice residency at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.<\/span> H<\/span>e <\/span>also served as medical director of Forum Health\u2019s \u201cWork Med\u201d program, <\/span>which provided occupational medicine services to <\/span>local<\/span> steel industry<\/span> employees. <\/span>Hawk is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hawk is accepting new <\/span>occupational <\/span>medicine <\/span>patients at <\/span><\/span>Marshall Family Medicine<\/span><\/span><\/a>, a provider-based department of Cabell Huntington Hospital<\/span>,<\/span> at 1600 Medical Center Drive<\/span> in Huntington. <\/span>To schedule an appointment, call 304-691-<\/span>1100.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

McClanahan, a <\/span>Red House, West Virginia, <\/span>native, earned his medical degree at the Marshall University Joan. C. Edwards School of Medicine<\/span>, where he also completed his family medicine residency. <\/span>McClanahan is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
