Hedrick Outstanding Faculty Award. Young, a member of the Marshall faculty since 2000, is recognized for his excellence in teaching and scholarship. His work studies the history of how literary texts have been written, revised and published.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCommencement is always a moment of pride for the entire Marshall family,\u201d said Marshall University President Brad D. Smith. \u201cIt\u2019s a time to celebrate our graduates\u2019 hard work, the faculty who have guided them and the families who have supported them along the way. Dr. Young\u2019s perspective as an educator and artist will be an inspiring highlight of this special day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony will honor graduates from the:<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Arts and Media<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Education and Professional Development<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Engineering and Computer Sciences<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Health Professions<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Liberal Arts<br \/>\n\u2022 College of Science<br \/>\n\u2022 Division of Aviation<br \/>\n\u2022 Lewis College of Business<br \/>\n\u2022 Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine<br \/>\n\u2022 School of Pharmacy<br \/>\n\u2022 University College<br \/>\n\u2022 Master\u2019s and Doctoral programs<\/p>\n<p>Guests attending the ceremony should note that the Marshall Health Network Arena follows clear bag and security screening policies, including metal detector screening and visual bag inspections.
