Starting a job in a career where you were now considered on the frontlines of a pandemic can be very unnerving. Not only was I starting my nursing career during a pandemic, but I was starting in the ER which is the front of frontlines, if you will. Marshall prepared me to think on my feet, rationalize situations even when times are intense during emergency situations, and be confident in my nursing skills.
