In the Know: Course Availability<\/a><\/p>\n

As we start the term, we realize that sometimes there are changes to the course schedule. <\/span>It is important to note that any course additions to the University Fall 2023 schedule after August 11th<\/span> will not appear in Blackboard automatically.<\/span> If the Blackboard section is needed for the course, it must be manually <\/span>added.<\/span> To <\/span>request<\/span> that <\/span>a course <\/span>be added to Blackboard, <\/span>submit<\/span>\u00a0a<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Service Now \u2013 Blackboard Support Ticket<\/span><\/span><\/a>. <\/span>Please include the Course and Section, along with the CRN and username of the instructor of record.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

What do students know about Ultra?<\/span><\/span><\/strong> During our transition to Ultra, students will see some of their classes in original Learn and others in Ultra. <\/span>Marshall <\/span>Online\u2019s<\/span> plan to support students during this transition includes <\/span>1) <\/span>posting <\/span>an<\/span> \u201c<\/span>Ultra <\/span>Info for Students\u201d <\/span>module <\/span>on the Institution page, 2)\u00a0<\/span>emailing<\/span> students the first <\/span>week <\/span>of class <\/span>about <\/span><\/span>the Ultra upgrade<\/span><\/span>, 3) present<\/span>ing<\/span> on Ultra during WOW, 4) <\/span>giv<\/span>ing<\/span> student-facing staff (such as advisors and tutors) <\/span>an overview <\/span>o<\/span>f<\/span> Ultra, and 5) <\/span>continu<\/span>ing<\/span> to collaborate <\/span>with SG<\/span>A<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
