Dr. Casey Fitzpatrick received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Marshall University in 2016. After graduation, he completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center (SMMC) in Huntington, WV. During his residency, Casey also completed Marshall University School of Pharmacy’s Teaching Certificate Program. In 2018, Casey achieved board certification in pharmacotherapy.

Following the completion of his residency in 2017, Dr. Fitzpatrick joined Marshall University as a Clinical Assistant Professor. His practice site is Prestera Center in Huntington, WV where he provides clinical pharmacy services for mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Life Support (PALS). He is a member of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).
