Marshall University will conduct a public hearing pursuant to W. Va. Code \u00a7 18B-19-10(3), on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, regarding the sale of real property to a private buyer.\u00a0 The sale price will be for an amount not less than the average of two independent appraisals that are underway.\u00a0 \u00a0The parcels are described as follows:<\/p>\n
