This will allow your organization to view contracting opportunities and submit bid proposals for university projects. All bid opportunities are also posted on the Procurement Services website under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/procurement-services\/resources\/bids-and-proposals\/\">Bid and Proposal Opportunities<\/a> section.<\/p>\n<h2>wvOASIS eVendor Agreement Setup Form<\/h2>\n<p>The State of West Virginia strongly encourages the use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for payment in lieu of paper checks. There are many benefits to the use of EFT including faster payment and reduced risk. Please note, once the form has been completed, do not send via email.
