The certificate focuses on helping students develop marketable skills, including the use of modern technology to develop ethical and empirically sound research methods and materials, conduct statistical analyses, and present results for behavioral sciences research and program evaluation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admissions<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants interested in the certificate-only program should apply for admission to Marshall University as a Certificate. Professional Development student and select on the application form the Certificate in Behavioral Statistics. The Admissions requirements for the certificate program is the same as for the M.A. program in Psychology. All credits earned in the Graduate Certificate Program in Behavioral Statistics may be applied to a master\u2019s degree. For example, PSY 517 is a current requirement for the master\u2019s degree in Psychology.
